"The long working hours and the stress will not be helping! " But you've already sort of acknowledged that. Until you've dealt with managing that stress/reducing it I'm not too sure there are many things that will solve your low libido. I don't know about magic pills and powders but you could get your vitamin D levels checked (a lack of which can lower testosterone) and make sure you're getting the necessary vitamins and minerals. Exercise can help as well. I hope you find something that works for you soon Op. | |||
