It’s not a heatwave though it’s simply we are having a rather brilliant summer..ask Work to get you one of those plug in fans...Air con is ok but I think it can be bad for you as well...

Under Health and Safety rules, there is no maximum temperature for working in, only a minimum

Your employer does have a "duty of care" however and any sensible employer would do their best for the workers. This could include longer and more frequently breaks, supplying fans, allowing looser clothing at work, buying ice creams etc.
