whos got a fave eat as much as you like chinese and what are your tactics

do you eat a little of a certain few fave dishes and return once or do you pile it high and keep going back regardless if none of the dishes mix properly !

I went to one where they mixed up the sweetand sour king prawn balls with the battered bananas and I ate a battered king prawn with cream on it, it was rank lol
