How do you pick yourself up after a disappointment? Do you spend money on yourself, smash something or just go out on the babysham? I could do with some advice.

All replies by 5pm tomorrow please.

I usually have a wank, eat a bueno and goes on with my disapointing life until I manage to get my penis sucked by the neighbour who lost her teeth in a fight.

I have an all encompassing saying for such occasions, it covers everything, feel free to use it and then get on with life. I’ll give you some examples “I’m sorry Johnny but your nans dead” “Oh well”. “Hey Johnny, that girl has turned you down” “oh well”. “I’m sorry Johnny but your car needs a new engine” “oh well”.

See, covers everything.

Don't have expectation. Disappointment is part of the game. You cannot be all things to all people.

I get on with whatever I have to do. I don't get much free time to ponder over life, and when I do I'm usually too brain tired to think.

"oh well" followed by "moving along swiftly" does it for me.

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

Buy stuff and eat stuff. Remember that if it won't matter in a couple of years it doesn't really have to matter now.
