He's in the building 3x a week and I never really used to speak to him apart from general pleasantries, he had a bird but the last year or so I started talking to him properly. The last 9 months or so when I was working he would sit in reception with me in between his clients and we'd have proper conversations and flirty banter (hate that word) New Year's Eve he had an argument with his bird and was asking for advice and I told him then, don't talk about problems with your current gf with another female for a start and said that most things can be solved by simply apologising, even if you don't believe you've done anything wrong. March time (that's the next time I worked there) talked again and he said it was on the rocks, didn't see him for a while till last week. He said it was done and we had flirty chats again. Just go for it, the worst that can happen is he turns you down. It's not like you have to work closely with him on a daily basis so unlikely to make your work environment uncomfortable if it doesn't work out.

Hey i have read almost all the threads and my only question would be, do you fancy him just for sex or would you like more ?

Because it is pretty simple if its just for sex: ask him if he would like to go out in a club/pub/whatever sometimes but don't make it sound like a date, more like 2 friends going out and relaxing. After a couple of drinks just pot the question as if its just another normal question. And if he says no its fine you can still be friends if he says yes you got what you wanted and problem solved.

If you want more from him that question will not get you want you want hun.

And everything that i have written its been tested and it works around 80%. And it will not make things wierd between you to either. It will be a bit of tension for a week or so but the things will be alright.

Ummm -the fact that he is still talking and flirting with you -most guys only keep talking to casual female aquaintances for 2 reasons:

1. He thinks he might have a slight chance.

2. he thinks you are so hot that you are way out of his leaugue but will keep talking so that he can drink up as much of you as he can.

It's when they stop talking/ flirting that you have to worry
