Quick question. How long do employers keep records of employees?

I believe it's for 6 years after end of employment

Check what the company has under their Data Protection, the new changes mean a lot of older data had to be got rid of.

An employer has to keep your personell records for 3 years from hiring you and must keep them for a year after you terminate your employment with them.

This is regarding employemrng going back to 2005 to 2006. I’d imagine it’s long gone
