Well I have posted quite a few times different stuff about my post operation troubles and up and downs.

Well today so far woke up and 4 weeks post operation it was time to adjust my brace to a 90 degree bend and omg it feels odd to have a normal bend in my knee.

So far I managed once bend the full 90 but that just cos leg tight and muscles need learn how to bend from 60-90 degree

But just excited as I can sit normal for a bit in a chair and so far feels comfortable

Haha now I hope that a straight straight not fab straight haha cos I get a lot of straight guys wanting to do odd stuff to me haha

Thanks mate over that last few Weeks never cried so much and needed people so much hence am always on forum for chats and stuff cos during day when ppl at work am solo so find it hard and get so emotional due to pain and frustration when have set backs.

I don’t have any real friends so use fab to try get support Ano it’s fickle cos don’t think have any fab ppl who are friends either. Just feel so lonely but today felt so excited cos changed knee bend and for once felt excited

Thanks yeah it’s a very very slow process

On a website forum for people with similar operation it’s amazing how many people say recovery is harder an longer than told before op

After everything I been through in 4 weeks feels like an achievement to just sit up on chair haha small pleasures
