Really stressful time with work and home at the minute but yesterday saw the latest additions to the cats we feed at work and for ten blissful minutes, watching two little kittens play, all those troubles seemed to melt away.

Have you had such a little moment of sunshine?

I like to watch the butterflies in my garden. It's the upside of having a garden covered in bindWeed.

Every time I hear my children giggle.

On Sunday they wanted the World Cup sticker album, quiet happy kids... one of those moments

Have always thought that if only it wasn't so invasive everyway it'd make a fantastic fence or pergola covering plant.

That moment you are greeted by the dogs when getting home.

Best part of the day.

It's the only greenery alive in my garden at the minute. I'd managed to keep it at bay in previous years (travels to mine from an old persons garden that backs on diagonally to mine) but this year it's coming up through the grass. I fear my garden (the shit hole that it is) is now doomed for good.

My little ray of sunshine is a wagtail at work. It hangs around outside our back door at work and doesn't flee when I go outside. It just hops around next to me. No fear. I'm thankful it allows me so close and I often chat to it. Sadly it doesn't reply...

Sitting in my back garden ... sun shinning ... raspberry gin with rose lemonade and my two chihuahuas chasing each other around the garden! ....

With my job I get to see lots of cats and dogs it's always nice when they're not trying to bite me and I get to give them a little cwtch, therapy indeed.

Sometimes just lying down and looking at the stars. Everything melts away. It's beautiful and very cathartic for me

I'm a changed man, more empathetic and in touch with my feminine side these days.

The photos my eldest sends me of my 1year old dot of a grand daughter with her absolute mop of curly hair and button nose. Melts me every single time and in my job its needed sometimes.

My pet duckling.

Hearing its little flappy feet on the laminate behind me as I walk to the kitchen is brilliant

You’re not wrong. My little boy’s first proper laugh is the message tone on my iPhone.
