Whats your favourite?

Pork loin, marinated in a black bean or a chilli sauce then slow cooked, sliced and served mmmmmmmmmmmm

I like those minted lamb steaks you can egt. Cooked over a smoky BBQ they are just perfick!

Hallomi is the most diff thing to bbq tho, had it loads of time in Cyprus but cooking it at home is a bugger

I think poor people still have them on BBQs

My most recent favourite is my own version of Chateaubriand served on sizzling skillets, with dammienaise sauce.

and of course (no one upman ship here at all), but we could have burgers made with minced fillet steak...........!!

mmmmmmmmmm burgers, onions, mushrooms, maybe a slice of cheese........... this is getting worse! I can almost taste it!!

Looks like we gone from the wine snobbery of the 80's to the food snobbery of the new millenium!!!

For me, forget all that fancy food, we just love a trad BBQ and plenty of it! Burgers and sausages perhaps chicken if we can nuke it first. Pork chops and steaks.

Finish off with the barby cooling down.... Bananas in skins being heated through... Take off skins and douse in your favourite spirit and topped ith whipped cream!

Sorry, that is as posh as I get!

I think you have all missed the point the whole purpose of a BBQ is to either have under cooked chicken or over cooked burgers - you aren't supposed to enjoy the food just the occassion!

and then of course you have food poisening, and have to have your stools tested etc .............. oh the joys of a BBQ !!!!!!!!!

Personally I love them! It's not always about the food, but the socialising.....
