Naked sunbathing

Apparently if you plan on sunbathing naked in your gardsn you have to tell your neighbours first!!!!. This is from the police.

How many of you would and what reaction do you reckon you would get from your neighbours??

I sunbathe naked in my garden quite a bit. I've never warned the neighbours but the garden is fairly private and not overlooked. I have had a delivery guy come round the back to drop a parcel off before tho. He got a surprise!

I go to beach where it's legal but I have in back garden in strategic places, suppose if you're a family with young children that could see its not good really

I sunbathe topless in the garden. We are overlooked but I try to sit where I won't be easily seen. I would happily sunbathe naked but we're just a bit too overlooked for comfort.

We have places in ththe garden that are private and sometimes go to a beach.

I wouldn’t tell the neighbours at all.

Were in 2018 for gods sake, were we not all born naked ? If next door neighbours are noseying over the fence thats there own fault, all i m botherrd about is if my old man gets hard in the garden !!!( if he does il send him home ) ??????

Ive seen my neighbour's about 10 times in 8 years, usually when one of us is cutting the hedge between us. Popping round to alert them my boobs are out isn't high on my agenda. Likewise I'd be a bit miffed if they popped by to alert me they we're naked sunbathing!

I suspect my neighbour's and the police have better things to do than worry about my boobs out in my garden.

Being naked is not actually illegal, the CPS have to prove your intent to cause "offence" , doing it discretely in your back garden I would imagine they would find hard to prove.

The police I would imagine have better things to chase after, although I probably suspect the two male officers wouldn't mind a nosey
