Between Scylla and Charybdis

I excitedly uploaded my most recent pic this morning in response to a fictitious request by FAB for an image to be used in a global advertising campaign (yes, honestly).

I had great aspirations of being a poster boy but have been told that my image cannot be used in the campaign due to copyright reasons.

Personally, I can't see the problem
