We are chatting to a bloke on here who said he is helping paint a flat, close bye us!

so has his old phone with him and can send us a picture

But he is using it to log on to the internet and fab

Anyone had a better excuse today

It's an excuse for NOT sending a photo. But no phones have internet capability without also having a camera. Therefore, he's an unattractive man, trying to get them to meet him 'blind', hoping they'll say "you're ugly, but while you're here, we might as well..."

Maybe it's a girl thing, but I understood it straight away. But I agree, understanding is not helped by the OP accidently typing "can" send a picture, when they meant "can't".

Tue can can't didn't register with me

Still don't 100% get it as a flat excuse though maybe his old phone has no pics saved on it on.

Maybe I give the benefit of the doubt too often
