"At last we're having seasons! Snow in the winter and high temperatures in summer! I'm glad to see the back of bland Britain with a temperature range between 5 and 20, with varying degrees of cloud/rain. Long may it continue! I don't care what the reason is I'm loving the fact that we had proper snow this year and have had more than 2 days sunshine this summer! Happy days

I can remember when I was younger having snow in April.

Sunday 18th of March was the last snow shower of 2018 in Newport Wales. That's not unusual for the season of spring I'm afraid.

I wonder if that's why plants are doing much better than they have in previous years.

My palms love this weather. However my redwood hates it. Poor thing.

Roses have been superb this year and the Wisteria has gone bananas as has most everything else. I don't think we need worry about planting for the climate so much, the plants we have now seem to be loving it.

"What I can’t get my head around is that they say co2 is on the rise but now they have run out of it They get it for ‘free’ near enough currently (it’s a industrial by product) - they’d have to pay to take it out of the atmosphere!
