Hi all. Hope you're having a fab time!?

I just wondered what you all think of a max distance for meets? I cannot accommodate but am willing to travel quite a way for a lovely regular playmate to meet up with. I travel around 800 miles a week to work so the travelling doesn't bother me at all. Oh, I do live in Norfolk btw, so forgive me for that!!!

Just wondered what your thoughts were on it???

Happy fabbing!.

I don’t drive, so don’t travel. If it’s within bus distance I may do it, but everyone I’ve met with so far is happy to come to me

the gym and random places

I've travelled up to 700 miles.... I feel it's always relative to the person.

I wouldn't travel 300 miles for a cuppa with but for the right person distance is relative

For me it’s all about finding reliable people , I’d rather travel an hour for a reliable person/couple, than ten minutes to be messed around.

Hanley

I would be willing to travel for someone I knew was reliable. I have been stood up and cancelled on too many times to travel a long distance for a first meet.

I absolutely agree with this, if I want to meet them (and the feeling is reciprocated) then distance really isn’t a barrier

There and to the left a bit

Distance isn't really an issue for the right person - if I travel 2-3 hours each way, and they're willing to do so too, that's most of the country covered.

I don't tend to meet until I've established a connection and chemistry and an element of trust either so concerns about no-shows don't really come into it

Solihull

I stay away for work a lot and thought meeting up for fun would be a perfect situation.

I've found that a lot of couples and single women don't like people visiting the area and prefer locals which is fine as it's personal choice.

I will travel to clubs to meet people. I don't have a car so will only otherwise meet very locally, i.e. walking distance of Norwich city centre.

I travel on business a lot so have made friends around the areas I visit, I don’t think I’d travel a great distance just for a meet though, Cheshire and North Wales has its fair share of sexy and friendly people to meet.

In the middle

I’ve travelled all over in my swinging years, I always saw the road trip as part of the fun if I’m honest, who doesn’t like a weekend trip away

a quandary, could you change my mind?

For the right person who cares?

Trains planes and automobiles, (not sure if a travelator counts within mode of transport) busses.

It's timings that can get in the way.

We will happily travel to a club if we want to try it out. If others want to meet us there it's a bonus.

The furthest I've tavelled for a meet is about 35 miles,as it happens it was a bit of a disaster, but that's another story. Try to limit travel to around 20 miles nowadays.

It amazes me how far some people are prepared to travel, especially to visit clubs.

I can't travel more than locally, due to my personal circumstances. Though if I was able to, i would love to go further afield for ones I'd really connected with
