"think I need to Google it as ive never heard of it " Limit calories to a deficeit of 500 kcal per day and keep protein at minimum 1g per 1lb of body weight, have your carbs early in the day rather than last thing at night. Use a TDEE to work out your calories exactly and then download my fitness pal app and weigh all your food to keep on top of calories ?? Oh and up your cardio, it's basically calories in v calories out, I've dropped about 18lb in 3 weeks without over complicating my diet ![]() | |||
