As its 8,30 in the morning, I slept soundly, however there was a programme on tv bang goes the theory ((I think ( Liz bonin... hmm.) I digress there's a light receptor in your eye that recognises blue light waves and this sets your body clock, depending whether you get enough daylight and at the right time can affect it.. that said, I'm going back to bang the theory out of Liz, .... nite nite

mines was fcuked for about 3 weeks when i caught this really bad bug. felt like i was losing the plot towards the end

been over the bug about a week now and finally getting a good nights sleep again
