Why oh why am I always shattered the day after having group play?

I always feel like I’ve been out drinking, dancing and popping pills the night before and walk around like a zombie....

Any tips on how to deal with the following day?

Lots of shagging always takes it out of you. Its like doing a manual job. The only thing i can suggest is build your fitness levels up.
