To my knowlage it's still legal to say yes to a pictureless/half pictured advert, then when you see the full product in real life say no. Having said that in a free market where other products may be better and more fully advertise people are probably more likely to yes to a fully presented and reviewed product than one that is poorly advertised and unreveiwed.

absolutely not. they say life is short. well, i choose not to play guessing games in that amount of time. we are all adults. i talked to a guy, who isn't photo verified. he said he stays that way because it is not required.
