I think for me urge is more when I am expecting a reply and also true for the bored...distraction...I tend to go and quick check on the loo..lol

My Own Little World

I walked past a school recently close to pick up time and saw a bloke waiting in his car outside the school railings looking at Fab. I tapped on his window and gave him the WTF look. He looked very ashamed as he put his phone away.
