...is standing on a street corner when a sudden gust of wind blows her skirt up over her head.

'A bit airy today', remarks a passing gent.

To which the young womam replies, 'What were you expecting, feathers?'.

I did realise on reading the street corner part that it was probably a flower seller but the title made me think weddings.
