I am mixing things up but careful with the weights starting low.. As I had 3 fractured vertebraes from a motorbike accident last year

The view at the gym is a bonus.

Untill you see yourself in the mirror and realise how far you got to go.

I'm losing the fat steadily so it stays off.

Best advice is stay of any junk food, beer and do much research on Google.

I too have a 6 pack protected by flubber

Eating healthy is the main thing, but you can also do high intensity workouts to burn a load of fat which will help
