Usually I just delete, but had two from single women this morning, so will probably overlook my usual stance. Do you think they’re rude, or are you not bothered ?

We get them every day. We don’t add them, many are fake, especially the improbably young and hot women and we don’t add friends unless we’ve got to know them a little first!

Not many things on this site irritate me but random friend invites do. I just find it rather cheeky as it's obvious all they want to do is perv on my friends only photos.

I only have people on my friends list who I have met or want to meet.

This is what we do ,we have found that since putting it on the profile we havent had hardly any compared to just writting ...' please don't send random friends requests' .....who knew people can actually read on here lol xx

I ignore all unless I've chatted to the person. Yes I have friends only pics but my main reason to add as a friend is so I do think forget their fab name if we're chatting away from the site

Perhaps it’s the cynic in me but if I receive random friends requests from ladies without them messaging first I tend to assume that it’s a guy. In my experience that sort of behaviour is very ‘male’ as they’re just pic hunters.

Anyone doing that to me will get a nasty shock anyway as I only have face pics in my friends only folder... that’ll teach ‘em!

No, I can spot them a mile off. These are women with plenty of photos and plenty of verifications on display. Just unusual, cause women usually send a wink or a message first, rather than just send a friend request.

I've only had 2 recently. Just left them there so they can't send another invite.

It does clearly state on my profile my thoughts on friend request but it appears some women don't read profiles either lol.

Random friend requests are the same as cut & paste messages, a fishing exercise; they cast a line and see if they get a bite! I often chat on Fab in the gym between sets to pass the time so will reply to these “randoms”, most don’t reply but the ones who have always say it’s a numbers game, they send as many invites and messages as possible, wait for a response and then follow up. Deleting or calling them out makes no difference, it’s the price they are willing to pay to get a meet!!!

I will only add friends we have met and are keen to continue meeting. If I added everyone I chat with our Updates feed would be ridiculously long.

If people bothered reading our profile they would know we won't accept random requests, I fail to see what would attract them anyway, it that cup I tell you, it drives the men crazy with lust

I ignore them, my friends list is mostly people I’ve met or my friends off a kik group and that’s it, there may be an odd one that I’ve chatted to and not met but that’s it.

Some people think it's a friend system like Facebook, and that people need to be 'friends' before they can reply to messages. Probably caused by the majority that don't bother replying.
