Pollen Beatles maybe, loads of them here but they stay away from me as are more interested in my roses. They won't hurt you, maybe try not wearing perfume as they may be attracted to it.

No I completely forgot I'm annoyed with myself. I thought they had all gone as it was ok yesterday afternoon." Some things may have without nipping out to the shops in your bikini... * Sprinkle cinnamon around. * A common insect repellent trick handed down from the older generations is to slice up some onions, toss ’em in a bowl of water, and the bugs will run far away. * Lemon stuffed with cloves. This method works well for both indoor and outdoor situations and practically guarantees that you won’t see any flies around for a while. All you have to do is place whole cloves in a half lemon, wedging in as many of the cloves as you can fit into the flesh. Place the lemon half in a bowl, and let it do its job. * Cucumber. Not only do ants hate the smell of cucumber, but so do flies. Place slices in any areas that are at risk of being infested.

I just did a quick Google and looked for items you might have in the house. Worth a try at least. If it works thank me. If it doesn't work, blame Google.

May not help immediately but for future?
