This may sound strange, but how does that initial first touch or kiss happen... My partner is hoping that the other M makes a move and pushes her against the wall but I don't find that likely.... does somebody just say Go? Haha

It depends how everyone is feeling but meeting a couple I'd generally double check with the male if he's okay for us to have a kiss and then it leads from there.

All about being respectful to everyone involved and making sure everyone is comfortable
