Sorry another post about operation

Well after the operation and the dvt scare last week tomorrow will be two weeks post op but excited cos staples out tomorrow and seen physio today and knee now set at 60degrees yippee

Sounds daft but omg from 30-60 feels amazing lol

My friend has one of these braces on and has gone up in increments of 15 degrees.... She was a bit panicky when the physio said to put it on free!

Ano he changes it from 30 to 69 at first I was excited then when walked out I was walking like the hunch lol went back an spoke to physio and he said it’s normal need stand straighter and walk higher which means use upper body more.

Just shock looking at bend now lol

Even better my staples have been removed so much relief and release from discomfort they gave
