Has anyone else found as they got older they've become more picky about what they like in someone or is it just me?

I've always been picky.

I think though (and hope actually) I'll be more confident with a few more years experience and less likely to settle or accept less than I really really want

I'm more tolerant of certain things and less tolerant of others. The way I choose who I want to spend time with has changed and I have no qualms about refusing to spend time with people I don't want to see on a purely social level. When I was younger I wasted hours with people just to be polite

Definitely. Tolerance levels for certain people have gone way lower. As I've got older found absolutely nothing shocks or surprises me. Also find I'm open to certain things sexually which would never of appealed previously. Only problem is the number of people I would be happy doing them with has gone way down.

It's hard enough on here without thinking I've got the option to be choosy though!!!!?

I don't see myself as being picky. I just like who i like. For me it's about what my tastes are. I've always been like that. My tastes haven't changed much over the years. I find it amusing, that if someone is not willing to move away from what they like?desire, it makes them picky. Having sex with someone is an intimate act for me and I'd prefer to do that with someone i actually like, rather than just anyone

I still prefer the same type of men. 40+, bearded, nice hair or bald, nice to average body and a high sexual appetite.

When it comes to any adult age, what I'm picky about is the BS alot speak of in order to trick/decieve a woman into bed.

I find myself turning down great looking guys due to these days having zero tolerance for BS. As such I haven't had sex in nearly a year! Yes really.

When we started swinging we were resolute that we wouldn’t play with anyone other than couples , or single women , and they would have to be my wife’s age or thereabouts . Same with their size , had to be no more than curvy , and they had to be visually appealing to us both equally .

Well that lasted for about two months , then we realised it was just sex , and we were missing out by sticking to our guns and watching so many others having so much fun . We relaxed our standards and started to properly enjoy what the lifestyle offers . So many wonderful younger , older , larger , smaller and fun people to share intimate moments with
