For a quick meal I love patra leaves. They come in tins, rolled up in a set curry sauce. You can slice them or fry them, chop them and add them to a stir fry, or just scoff them raw. Delicious.

Right I'm thinking some kind of salad, rocket leaves, apple,cucumber grated carrot, coleslaw, sweetcorn, cheese, hard boiled eggs, nice ham and some of my grampas potatoes.
