I've come to accept that I ain't ever gong to fit back into those clothes any time soon that are hung in my wardrobe so I'm sending them all to the charity shop and I'll buy new if and when I loose my weight.

And hey, it feels rather therapeutic

Somewhere In The Ether…

A good clear out is much akin to a good turn out......both very satisfying

I’ve done this lovely ... and afterwards I kept looking for this dress or that dress and then remembering I’d given it away ... hide the bag in the loft for a bit

Not that I’ve got anything against charitable giving, I’ve not ... but fitting back into a favourite dress you wore a while ago is such a thrill too xx

Top marks to you.

I have waaay too many clothes and need to get rid of about half of them to free up space.

Periodically I get out the ones I think could go, try them on and put them back in the wardrobe.

I admire your determination.

Thank you, I'm struggling now though. I've come across some gorgeous dresses that I used to wear when I regularly went to balls. I can't get rid of them

But I have got rid of a couple of dresses that I wore when I was emotionally involved with someone that I shouldn't of been. I looked at them and it hurt, 4 years on

Where I'm concerned it's space I need. If it wasn't for that they'd be clearing my stuff out in thirty years time

So (I meant to say) keep the gorgeous ones or at least one of them.

Just go nude, you're to hot for clothes anyway

Now go buy something that you really want to wear, but doesn’t quite fit at the moment
