to be british today as i stood with hundreds paying respect. a young soldier stood in front of me wept during the 2min silence holding his hat to his his heart. the workman on the building site stopped working. young and old stood side by side heads bowed in respect.

It's a throwback instinct from ancient times, when submissive creatures would pick nits from the more dominant of the group.

Of course...when the ancient submissives nit picked on the dominants of the group, who were wise because they were unafraid to ask for clarification... Even when ALL the others knew the answer... They would have at least hoped for an educated answer... Albeit not ALL know that the plural of Podium is Podia...;-)

But I dont wish to nit pick....;-);-)
