How well have you really used your brain today? Based on what you know you could do, if you were really performing and using your talent, what did you do instead? I coasted along.

I had approx three hours at high intensity of brain use and it was tough.

I dialled down for other tasks later.

I had to do something I find stressful so my brain was quite active for most of the day but it's done now and I'm relaxing.

I've been short-changed on sleep, so doing much of anything has been a stretch.

We would probably all be amazed by how our brains could really perform but life is fairly pedestrian and it's got other goodies for us

I know I'm guilty of coasting. Every now and again I try and rev the old engine up but I reckon I doddle along at 50%.

Unless I'm driving, then I try and maintain 90% brain power.

It's ok it's my rifle he is servicing range time booked for Sunday.

I was working. My job is pretty intense, and incredibly busy, so my brain was working to reasonable capacity for the bulk of the day.

I went to see Hereditary in the evening, so it was an interesting ‘break’. I had to watch People Are Awesome when I got home, to dial things down a bit.
