Do you still get butterflies when your excited about something...or something runs through your mind and you get a shudder....

Do men actually get butterflies or is that a girly thing!!

I get them No idea if that makes it a girly thing or not but I daresay a lot of men know the feeling too.

Yes I have them today as I'm with my man tomorrow. It's rare I get butterflies these days but with him they have gone into overdrive. The excitement is real

I still get them when going to a meet. When if I've met someone a couple of times I can still get butterflies.

As a man I can confirm that butterflies aren't restricted to just you ladies - I get them whenever I am anxious or nervous about something

Think they're only natural and to be honest I'd be more worried if I didn't get them

Unfortunately I don’t get them anymore. My anxiety usually means that when something good is happening I tend to imagine everything going wrong and end up with a knot in my stomach rather than butterflies.

I can remember them though.

Oh I get them about anything good or bad - excited or not - pre-interview or pre-meet are just two examples that I have recently had them

Now I only ever get that anxious, pit of your stomach, sudden realisation of how terrible it's all going to be from now on feeling.

So it's really lovely to hear women still get this nice feeling from time to time.

Thing is though - I think that anxious, pit of your stomach thing is exactly the same as butterflies - ultimately it's just nerves and how your brain chooses to interpret them

I like the feeling when you find something you think you've lost. Like thinking you left your phone or purse somewhere and you have that anxious few moments before you find it and then lovely relief!

What's giving you butterflies today?

I had those nice butterflies when I was meeting a guy over Xmas time. Was excited in the shower shaving my pubes off and flushing my bum hole out with a douche. Then when I was all ready and sat on my sofa waiting for him and then when he rang the doorbell, those butterflies were lush feelings.

I think I more get nervous without the butterflies. Making sure I get there, don't get lost, car doesn't blow up, the other person will be there etc. Can relax when I get there but then I'm usually more flustered and shaky
