Profile update

Morning everyone, hopefully you can help me. I'm sure my age is a big factor in why I don't get much of a response but I also feel like my profile is a little plain. What sort of things would you guys recommend adding on to my profile

The best advice I can give us use the ‘forum search’ function for profile advice threads which are already out there and contain a whole raft of sensible advice.

The key thing to remember is that most men struggle to get a high rate of responses on here so you’re not alone, good luck my friend

You could pad it out, but I know as a rule it's not what guys do x
