Men...what do you do with your right arm in the winter

As per the title...when driving why is your arm outside the car when you have your windows down in the summer. A lot seem to like banging the side of the door to the music, todays one had his hand on the roof banging that instead.

Do you think it looks cool ?

Why does it only seem to be men ?

Ahem....

I've been known to do this in summer.

Especially when there's a traffic jam.

In winter my right arm is tucked inside the car with the window wound up to stop the draught coming in. All roasty toasty.

I'm too short to stick my arm out of the window. Maybe men use booster seats.
