Brighton - even Hove!

I ended the last thread with rather an amusing, witty and funny mixed metaphor - even though I say so myself.

So.....what can be the cause of the lack of humour? Could it be loads of naff messages from men? It’s intriguing how the slightest inoffensive comment can act like a butterflies’ wings catalyst and create forum storms.

Are we talking about on the forums or in general?

If it’s the forums then i don’t really find the influx of trollers that the site has suddenly accummulated all that funny.

If it’s in general then meh. Life has its up and downs and some folk have shit days and some folk have good days.

Can’t make all of the people laugh all of the time.

I think often posts are misinterpreted, sarky comments can come across a bit bitchy and others jump on them.

The interweb is not the best medium for imparting wit and repartee. Comments get misinterpreted and taken out of time and context. Of course, the keyboard commandos who are always looking to shit on a post or thread don't help.....Personally speaking, I'm as funny as fuck......

I think txting is a nightmare anyway even when just txting friends things can easily be misentrepted... even the wrong emojis can come across the wrong way sometimes!
