Almost snapped banjo...

Not sure if that's the right name for it, and didn't quite know where else to turn other than the doctors lol. But I've recently experienced on a few occasions the feeling of my banjo almost snapping! Resulting in large amounts of blood everywhere. Basically I'm just wondering if anyone knows of the most pain free way to get it either to fully go or to help preventing it from going at all? Like I said other than medical professionals I didn't really know where else to turn haha. If this isn't really the place for this then just let me know and I can take this post down.

I partially tore mine after some d*unken sex that got a bit rough. Had to abstain for a few weeks but it should heal on its own given time.

Had to cross my legs and cup my cock n balls when I read this.ouch ... As far as I know there is a simple surgical procedure to make the frenulum less tight. But the thought of someone with a knife cutting at my dick made me cross my legs even more
