Iceland, but Aldi is closer..

I am trying to put weight back on following a course of treatment, I went from 14 stone and 11lbs down to 10 stone 2lbs...

I am now at 11 stone and want to get to 12 1/2...

I know, I shouldn't complain but my trousers keep falling down of their own accord...

Whats your not bad problem...
