Actually I was trying to be healthy and go on a bike ride, set my bike down to close a gate and got nettled....then people say exercise is good for you

Have you tried covering your self in butter to ease it? Not saying it'll 100% work (I'm not no body scientists sort) but who's to say it wont? Only one way to find out I guess?
