Good evening all forumites. From the title this one may be more directed to the fellas in the place.

I've just agreed to attempt a triathlon for the first time sometime next year, a rather large challenge for me as I'd like to lose a few pounds more than I have so far. Anyone use supplements and which ones do you use/where to get them.

T1 fat burner is pretty good for legal stuff.. and its well easy to ask anyone who goes to a gym for banned ones... i dont use them to suggest any that might be good or not but those T1 i have heard good stuff about them, for supressing hunger and giving you energy

not sure of the stuff you mentioned a second ago... not heard if them mate

why not do a little more cardio and cut the carbs down?

in that case how the hell have you got any weight on you to lose? even on a dirty bulking diet id struggle to put on weight doing all that!! im very sure a good diet would sort it.. if not T1 would. maybe legal cutting gear like hdrol could help and help you gain performance to

research on google before you take anything mate

Beans and prune juice. It'll turn anyone into triathelete when they feel the need to go

Have you looked at the slimming world website? They have some really good nutritious recipes that help you lose weight but keep a good healthy balance of food as well.

Don't forget muscle is denser than fat, the fat you lose will be replaced with muscle in some areas.

try a boxing or thai boxing circuit class, and focus on pushing yourself hard throughout. Or a true circuit class, not a boxercise/aerobics/bodypump type one. Or google 'Tabata training' - a shorter more brutal version of hiits if done right. Then watch the spare pounds drop off quick-smart
