Walk with a brolly, running will get you wetter...

The Town by The Cross

It shouldn't make any difference.

Running or walking you still hit the same number of raindrops.

In fact id wager that running is a bit worse.

I am sure a lot depends on if you can actually run 100m.

The Forest

They did this on Mythbusters. It depends how fast you run, how heavy the rain is, and what direction the wind is blowing in comparison to the direction you're moving.

It was a boring episode

Its the same......I think..if memory seves me...

The walker only gets rain from above..

The runner is drier because he`s in the rain less time, but this is eclipsed by the fact he is running into rain drops as well as recieving rain from above..

Physisists do argue about it..

100m?.. running..lets say 20 seconds. walking? lets say 40 seconds for arguments sake.

If you walk you'll be in the rain for twice as long so perhaps you'll get less wet if you run

Time is the key.

Lack of raindrops falling on your head is opposed by running into additional raindrops.

It doesn't really matted which way the wind blows, the significant factor is duration of exposure.

If yuo cover 2x distance when running as opposed to walking, you will be 1/2 as wet running to your destination as opposed to walking.

Since the point of this site is getting the girls wet, I suggest walking

Some consider distance to be the defining fctor....

A quick dash between buildings..will result in being drier...

A longer dash...won`t...

We do need...a definitive answer....

I might look later..
