Couples with an infertile half can become desperate. Whilst it's probably the last way someone would actually consider a donor. Think about it from a desperate want-to-be-a-mum's perspective.

That said, for most, it's more likely to be fantasy words to get blokes horny.

There was a C4 documentary about it and the underground market was varied with some guys being less demanding than others in terms of what they got for the deal...
