Hi all why is it in here you get loads of messages saying ,beautiful body like to meet ect. But people that message you ,you know wouldn't approach or chat you up in normal places... like pubs .shops ect.

I'm shy as fuck in the outside world when it comes to sex. Chatting, flirting, paying someone a compliment, that's all fine. But the thought of actually turning the conversation around to having sex together makes me shy as anything.

It's difficult enough here, 100x worse in the outside world

It's actually very scary approaching someone to chat them up, for a start they are usually in a group, you have no idea if they are single, or interested in being chatted up.

In here the door is open. And an ignored message is much more pleasant than a knee in the balls...

Some people lose some inhibitions because of different things - one of them being less embarrassed to say something when not face to face with another person. Millions of people regularly would love to share their attraction to others who they see in public but don't do it. Some people will say things in fab to others that they don't offsite.

Others aren't particularly accomplished at communicating with others - they may often learn by doing things in ways that are poorer - great, let them learn and refine their skills.

Fab also has a lot of people who will say lots of stuff that's not particularly true, trying to get a shag.

Use the feedback you get from others to help you improve your own selection. Not much else matters too much, if people are respectful.

There are exceptions but yes, that seems to be pretty much the rule here. Often true off the site as well though.

Then again I've found that sometimes people think you're weird here, if you're interested in people and not just sex.

They had warning... there is the manic look in my eyes, and the screams from the previous aisles...

37 minutes full shop in Tesco, 15 minutes in Lidl cos it has less to buy... clothes shopping is more of a pain but once I have size sorted I buy 10 of everything so I don't need to go often.

Tool shops however I can spend all day in and come away with a stick of wax

Because when men talk to women 'in real life' the woman might be married or with a partner. They might be rude to the man or take the piss.

It's easier to do it online. There's still the chance of rejection but at least it's anonymous.

There's a lot of merit in that, there's an elephant removed from the room, that exists in the real world.

That's not to say, you don't have to work for it here, indeed for us that's something we love doing, and nothing is a given. As a couple, we wouldn't chat up other people in the real world either, so to that end, would others look twice at us, not so sure they wouldn't as we are quite chatty and have been known to be a little risque and drop in the odd innuendo.

There also isn't the appetite in the real world either to reveal our fab tendencies so can't say for sure if we could be successful in forming a sexual relationship with others in the real world, although I don't think Mrs FGoS would struggle to find suitors...
