So. I have just uploaded a couple more pics.

Yeah I’m not muscly, yeah I’m a little podgy. But, the question is; should we just embrace what we have?

If people don’t like it then that’s their choice isn’t it?

Shouldn’t be embarrassed of my body should I surely?

You shouldn't be embarrassed about your body, if you are then your the only one that can do anything about it.

Absolutely this!

I had a dad bod a few years ago, personally I was miserable so I did something about it.

If you’re happy then that’s great. Confidence and sexiness comes from being comfortable in your own skin

Agreed. Or saying I’m happy with it. Just that I guess I’m not embarrassed by it either.

Dad bods are my favourite. Especially a hairy one. I find a guy with that type of body manly, extremely sexy and comfy to lay my head up on and snuggle up to after we've rocked each other's worlds

Dad bods are hot!!!!

Lots of ladies on here, myself included very much, have a mum bod!!!

It’s the whole person I look at, and although chizzled abs look nice, I find a dad bod equally attractive, if not more!

If we all liked the same most of us would never get a bonk! Lol

Bring on the dad bod!!!!

I've got a dad bod with a bit of toning but I get called a narcissist daily for it.

If it's not that it's I care more about myself than I do the woman I'm with which of course is complete bs

As Baz Luhrmann says:

Enjoy your body

use it every way you can...

don't be afraid of it, or what other people think of it

it's the greatest instrument you'll ever own.

Of course, as long as your happy with it so will others. Lifes too short to live in fear of others expectations of you. Those who don't like you for who and how you are, are not for you (which is fine, different strokes for different folks).

Yes, I think the lesson to take from the research is that if you get up the duff some kind of secure food safe may be in order to protect the stash of pickled gherkins and chocolate bars.

Most messages I receive begin with "I know I'm probably not your type but.." and when I've asked them why ask that they say it's because I'm in shape so I probably won't like them. I also have couples regularly tell me they look for men less attractive than the male half of the couple as they'd feel insecure.

I feel I'm just average but these factors hold me back on Fab so trust me keep your dad Bods if you have one..
