...which is your favourite era?

Is it victorian, swinging 60's, rock n roll fifties? Or something different?

near the sounds of the wimborne quarter jack!

For style it has to be the 1920`s A rt Deco period. It was also the time of great sexual previness etc. in parts of Germany, Berlin in particular.

Midlands & Beyond

1960s onwards after the sexual revolution when the ladies were able to, more freely, explore there own sexuality with gradually less interference from the men.

Before that? Dark ages, viking raiding parties!

Torquay

But never really became really popular until the late Seventies, when many of the records were a decade old.

We lived in a 2 up 2 down semi with outside toilet. No central heating or double glazing. Only my dad worked fulltime, mom was part time.

We didn't have a car, and we never had a holiday away from home during my childhood.

I know many people, and even some of you on here had similar experiences, but I can't really look back to the 60's and early 70's and really think that they were the "Good Old Days"

I want to live my life in the present and look to the future
