Menston near Ilkley

Peter passed away yesterday after a long fight with cancer aged 77.

I knew him well, having been a regular customer at his nightclub in Leeds in the seventies.

Often mocked for his Lothario-like lifestyle he was a wonderfully charming and caring man. I for one am sad at his passing but I feel blessed to have known him.

Cinderella's initially then he added Rockefellers it was the height of sophistication at that time! Ah! The memories.

From what I've heard about Peter he was a gentleman I guess it must be kind of true otherwise operation yew tree would have had him...

Do you have to be invited to a funeral? I have always just turned up to the numerous ones I have been too.

Never considered asking if I was welcome.
