But I have to add that I reported cruelty of some dogs in the house next to me a few years ago to the RSPCA and despite me calling several times - most times in tears - they did nothing to help the animals. One guy actually said they were a little afraid to go round because the dogs might be vicious! Haven't had that much time for the RSPCA since. Z

I've just seen it, well I couldn't actually watch, looking through my fingers the first time. Absolutely disgusting.
