Did anyone watch this last night?

She went to Honduras to find out about the murder culture and what it's like to be a woman there. All I can really describe it as, is the disposal of women. If we had the same murder rates in the UK it would equate to 50,000 women getting murdered each year here.

It was absolutely heartbreaking and eye-opening.

The morning after pill and abortion are illegal. Victims of assault resulting in pregnancy will go to prison if they try to abort the child, yet the attacker faces no charges. 95-97% of domestic violence cases have no consequences.

"Be grateful for living in England "

Honestly it was brutal. There are only 2 women's refuges in the country that are open. One houses 5 women, the other houses 10.

After seeing that, there's no fucking way I'd step foot in the country.

Haven’t seen it but aware of the issues there. It’s horrendous and makes you even more thankful for living in a ‘civilised’ country.

She interviewed a guy serving 30 years for killing his wife. He still stood by his actions, as his wife didn't behave correctly.

...

It was brutal. That poor girl saying most of her friends have been murdered.

Can't even imagine.

Did you see the one who'd had her feet hacked off (while her children watched) because her husband didn't want to be with her anymore?

Makes you wonder how people in this country can talk about 'epidemics of violence against women' or 'rape culture'. Their country has a population roughly equivalent to London!

Then do yourself a favour and don't research what goes on in PNG or the Congo.

Love Stacey! She’s really good at her job and has done some fantastic documentaries- and to top it off she is very very hot!

I’ve been to Honduras and it is scarlet there. Worse is Guatemala at the moment. It has the second highest murder rate in the world and women are hot the worst. I was chatting to a couple I met at the weekend and the wife was from there. They left to come to England ( hubbie from here) when their baby was nearly kidnpd out of their arms. Apparently it is so common to extort money out of people. What a horrid thought!

We are so very very lucky. I am so grateful my child will never hopefully have that threat.

The one on Russia was shocking. Burger King "just a little bit" advert. Vile.
