Met a couple in Glasgow for a social. They chose a small, busy bar with loud karaoke. Which was fine, but not very good for chatting. She didn’t say a word all night. After an hour or so she got a round of drinks in, and made to go to the loo. He went after her... About 15 minutes later I realised they weren’t coming back. I did have three drinks instead of one, so it wasn’t all bad!

Unfortunately I have been the provider of a bad meet. On an old couples profile I had the girl and I went to a couples house, we were getting down to it and having a good time but my missus and I were so in to each other that we spent a little too much time focusing on each other! The f of the couple, understandably got upset and walked out of the room. Looking back it must have felt pretty shitty. The F of the couple was really lovely and hot so I felt so bad. This was about 4 years ago and was probably down to a lack of swinging experience on our part. (The girl is now an ex before anybody chips in!!)

The guy that is clearly high (unfortunately realised this as the meet went on). Met in an empty tesco just to grab some alcohol before getting to his. He was all hyper, complaining about how crowded(!) it was... Grabbed some drinks, including a bottle of spirits. Then we had a bit of fun, then decides to tell me his life story (which seems even more complicated than any soap) and then he got upset and cried.

Was meant to begin with a pub (their local) social then back to theirs but they rang u just as we got to the pub an hour and quarters drive from home, said their car was playing up but we ould go straight to theirs for a drink.

Felt brave and had driven so far so we agreed and went round. Had a drink and things started getting a bit flirty/touchy/feely... she said she was popping upstairs to slip into something more comfortable. He continued kissing me and starting to undress me. She came down wearing a really tatty holey body stocking and carrying toys and lube, then shut the stair gate at the bottom of the stairs and switched on a baby monitor .

I looked at my partner (pre Cheffy time!) and he says joking "whats that? are you recording the action?! and she replied "oh no its so we can hear the kids... its ok I gave them a drop of phenergan so they should sleep through haha"

We stopped what we were doing, I quickly got dressed, reached for our coats and said "sorry this isnt for us" and we left.

Just why would you invite complete strangers to your home with kids around?!

Also it was obvious they had no intentions of the pub social before hand and the car trouble was an excuse... they had kids home!

We had an almost identical experience.But we drove over a hundred miles to a very expensive hotel that they picked.We had booked and paid with credit card and were supposed to get half back from other couple.We had swapped face pics before meet.Was horrible.And things were tight at the moment after a recent pay cut too.So we just had a few drinks and stayed over.Made the most of it...but...horrible.

That sucks too. For a minute when you said you had an almost identical experience I thought it was going to turn out that you were the couple, and had met some lameass guy, who was so awful you had to pull the the ‘get some drinks and pretend to go to the loo’ exit plan!

Reminds me of a couples profile I saw ages where they described their scenario of being taken out for an expensive dinner, and maybe, if the guy was charming enough, all back to theirs for fun. I mean, come on!

first rule when meeting at someone’s private residence, get the full address before leaving your own home, i hear loads of stories like this where they only get half the address and to text when they are there to get the rest, i just wouldn’t trust that method at all.

One guy locked me in and it took me 20 minutes to persuade him to unlock the door for me to leave. He was crackers.

Only other bad experience was a guy who became a long term meet who, it transpired, had lied all along about having had the snip, and turned out to not be single.

Apart from those 2, all good, so not a bad record

Long time ago we met a couple in a pub and it went well, they were attractive and the feeling was mutual. On the way back to our place, a short drive the female had a funny fag and didn't tell us.

Anyway after about 10 to 15 mins of getting naughty she went totally paranoid on us, as these things make you, and started saying that hubby was being too touchy feely with Mrs N. Nothing would stop the ball rolling and she got insanely jealous until a huge row between them developed. In the end we managed to get them to agree to leave but boy oh boy it got a bit heated.

As she left the inevitable crash happened and she became terribly apologetic and realised she's been a total arse. We thought it was a typical couple that were trying to mend a breaking relationship with swinging.

The funny fag just sent the emotions into overdrive. so our advice is don't mix swinging with drugs, it's a recipe for disaster.

Think the worst is getting to a meet walking past the guy we was meeting to be taped on the shoulder by him. Reasons being he was nothing like his pic hence we didn’t recognise him.
