Away with the fairies (Liverpool to you)

I collect scars!!! My favourite one is a guy who had a pacemaker - when I put my head on his chest I can hear it tick like a clock....the scar goes from his neck to his tummy and it is soooooooo cool

I have quite a few from operations, childhood events and some self inflicted but find other people’s so much more interesting

I slipped on some wet leaves and ran headfirst into a wall racing the fastest boy in school when I was 10.

Had a number of stitches and a pretty impressive scar (now gone) over my eye for most of my youth. Best part was making shit up about how I got it.

I hate my scars, they made me feel very ugly growing up. And as the majority of them are on my face, that did lots of good for my self-esteem.

No sexy stories behind them either, just lots of accidents.

Stretchmarks.

I have a funny triangle shaped scar on my right arm from falling off a horse.

Have a large lump in the middle of my butt cheeks from falling off a horse.

I have a dent in the bone from being stood on on my right shin. By a pony.

Odd shaped right knee from being kicked by a sleeping horse.

Various different scars on my hands. Can tell where most came from.

One on my chin from falling and hitting one of my dad's stationary engines.

Scar on my left wrist from putting my hand through a window by accident when I was a kid.

Others in various places. I was very lucky that some healed so cleanly.

I've an 18" inch scar on my left leg from a fasciotomy.

A 7"scar on my knee from an insertion and removal of a bar from my leg

along with two 1" scars from pins in my ankle to hold the bar in place.

Appendix removal scar.

I work with animals so I've lots of scars from scrapes and bites over the years on my arms and hands.

And then their is the mental scaring

It's not really. Injury comes with animals. I've been damaged by cows and pigs and horses but rodent bites hurt like a bastard and piss blood. I worked with horses for 8 years so it's not bad.

Cattle have flung me about. Some massive bruises but no scars.

I find scars and tattoos fascinating too.

Just on my face:

Scar on my right temple from where I tripped over my brothers foot when I was a toddler.

Chickenpox scar in the middle of my forehead (with my skin and hair colour, that gave lots of ammunition for bullying as a child).

I have scrape scars on my right temple, just under my nose and on my chin from where a motorcyclist ran me over (I have other scars across my body from it, including a 6 inch scar on my left knee where they had to screw the bone back together. The doctors then stapled the incision back together - fantastic for a 15 year old girl).

I have a scar over (and in) my left eyebrow where I was a passenger in a car that drove into a ditch.

I have a scar running down the centre of my nose from where I fell face first down some stairs (I was going up stairs carrying some furniture).

My nose is also bent from falling face first when running.

On a woman, none of these scars are "sexy". Hence the reason I'm a single on a site like this rather than meeting people in the "real world". In the real world, they take one look at me and run away screaming.

I have scars on my abdomen from surgery.

A large area of skin discolouration on my wrist from where i scalded myself a few years back.

I have a thick toenail from where i got run over when i was 18 - and that’s a reminder of how lucky i am that it wasn’t worse.

I have a scar under my eyebrow that i got as a kid after getting out of the pool and running to the Hotel toilet. I slipped and knocked head on door edge. Had to have a stitch.

I have a scar on my hand after being burnt (by accident) by someone’s cigarette.

My scars are barely visible, as I had two very good surgeons.

My 12" horizontal scar from my hysterectomy is almost invisible and the newer on around half of my nipple is fading nicely.

I have a teeny one on my upper lip from a puppy bite as a child too.

My stupid me scars from burning myself on the oven are building up though.

Also the numerous parrot bites I have on ears nose arms and fingers that have blended in with the wrinkles.

Cant get this old unscathed.

I like your breast scar

Internal memory scarring.....hmmm, happens slowly and gradually but over a period of time, one realises it’s there. Never look back - that’s what Dirk Bogarde used to say.

I have a large scar on both my knees from having knee replacements due to injury. The last one was done just over 2 years ago. I used to be very bothered about them and hid them mostly but not now. They are long but pale scars now and if someone doesn't like them it's their problem not mine

I had to have a little procedure last year that has left me a huge scar across the width of my lower abdomen,it gets extremely itchy.

If asked,I'd say I was bitten by a shark whose bottom teeth had all fallen out.Take care of your teeth, kids.Dont be like the hungry shark.

Middle finger left hand - dodged my sister on a scooter and hit a wall instead at about 7

C-section

Every now n then one shows from my lip to chin. Clay pigeon shooting. Dad was shooting, skeet trap, clay split perfectly in half, managed to get under my umbrella and clatter me right in the gob

Right knee - ice skating. Stacked it into the barrier and ended up with a flappy knee skin

Left index finger - knife slip whilst chopping carrots

I'm sure I've plenty more but can't be bothered to get naked and look
