For me, if has to be Ripley

Goes to work, crew attacked by an alien described as "The Perfect species", kills alien, only survivor, goes to bed.

Gets out of bed, adopts a group of marines, adopts a child, nukes a planet, battles alien queen with a giant robot suit, wins, goes to back to bed.
