I know there are a lot on here who compete in an athletic event, sport, train weights ect.

I've recently hit a dip in motivation, ironically just as my body fat really started to drop and I'm noticing slightly more musculature showing through.

Just wondering what you lot do to push through the flat feelings?

Feel like I could do with a new routine to add once or twice a week to just get the 'excitement' back in it?

Suggestions?

If you do the same training week in, week out, you'll eventually get bored and lose your passion for what you're doing. Mix it up, try something new, and just do it for fun. Remember why you started in the first place, and put the enjoyment back into exercise, whatever form that takes.

I take up various classes and do something different for a bit. Kettlebell, circuits, weights. As long as I'm making an effort a few days a week it keeps me going.
